This 4 week IN PERSON series will provide breathing practice and mindful movement that will help you to cultivate a space for yourself. A space to unwind, increase your awareness and connection to the present moment. The intention of this series is self care and grounding.
This is an all-levels class, which means even if you've never done yoga before, this is for you.
Tickets can be purchased $15 per week or buy the 4 week bundle for $50. Sundays 4pm-5:15pm
